Challenge
  • Develop and implement a IT system to automate operational processes, registry and information management, made ??in plants (HPP's) and their Locks, in SmallHydro Power (SHP) and the Center for Operation Generation: SIGAF
  • Implement the Plant Information System (PI) from OSISoft on AES Tiete in order to facilitate integration with many different control systems (SCADAs), relational databases and other applications and software in order to allow data from all of them to be stored by PI system and then transferred or accessed by other applications: OSI
  • Development of a Management Operation and Maintenance System referenced to PAS 55
  • Implement a system for managing, controlling, classification and analysis of failures and what corrective action plan to solve them. system-based Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System: FRACAS
Solution
  • Develop a system for collecting information from various corporate systems of AESTiete, supervisory systems (SCADA) as well as third party system (ONS, ANEEL, etc.) through the use of an ETL tool (Oracle Data Integrator ), real-time interfaces (OPC, Esca Hab Connect) and data collection forms (Infopath Silverlight and 4);
  • Design and implementation of a Web portal based on Microsoft Sharepoint 2010, which integrates business information (relational) to process information (real time), availability of management and strategy  reports in addition to web components (PI WebParts ) that allow real-time visualization of process data;
  • Install and implementation of the OSIsoft PI system, interfacing this system to the supervisory systems of the plants, the locks and other corporate systems that collect process information.
